  • Lead customer discovery to understand business challenges, workflows, and pain points, and translate them into compelling REAL use cases.
  • Bring deep commercial real estate expertise into customer conversations and help identify where REAL can create measurable business value.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with each customer’s business and priorities.
  • Work with existing customers to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted business and product partner across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable solutions and product feedback.
  • Continuously deepen your knowledge of REAL’s platform and the commercial real estate market.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate, real estate advisory/services, PropTech, construction, Fintech, accounting roles or a closely related industry.
  • Experience within the commercial real estate ecosystem, such as an operator, developer, investment firm, property management company, construction company, or leading CRE advisory/services firm.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate business, financial, and operational processes.
  • Experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to uncover business needs, identify opportunities, and connect them to technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with excellent written and spoken English — mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and clearly communicate complex technology.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
