About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast – both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Performance Strategist to join our growth team. This is an early-career role for someone who thinks in hooks, lives on the internet, and understands why some ads stop the scroll and others don't.

What You'll Do
  • Concept and develop direct response creative across every major paid channel — Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Google, CTV, and more

  • Write sharp, conversion-focused copy for static and motion ad formats, tailoring voice and tone to platform, audience, and moment

  • Collaborate daily with designers, motion editors, and the performance buying team to bring concepts from brief to finished asset

  • Contribute ideas to the creative testing roadmap, partnering with buyers to understand what's working and why, and feeding that back into the next round of concepts

  • Stay plugged into culture — sports, news, finance, politics — and translate what's happening in the world into timely, relevant creative that performs

  • Develop a strong intuition for Polymarket's audience and what moves them, building a personal library of angles, formats, and hooks that convert

What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance creative, ideally at a fast-growing brand or a performance-focused agency

  • A portfolio that shows real direct response work — not just pretty ads, but ads built to convert

  • Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to write for different platforms, formats, and audiences without losing the thread

  • Visual fluency — you don't need to be a designer, but you know what good looks like and can art direct toward it

  • Genuine cultural range — you follow sports, news, and finance with the same curiosity you bring to memes and trends

  • Comfort working fast in a collaborative environment where feedback is frequent and iteration is the job

Nice-to-Haves
  • Agency background, especially at a shop known for performance creative

  • Experience advertising financial products, trading platforms, or anything that required making a complex product feel immediately compelling

  • Familiarity with platform-native formats across Social and Programmatic platforms

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup — new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
