This individual will provide operations management continuity for the NA region’s creative executions. The Interim Operations Director, Creative Services will ensure seamless execution, prioritization, and delivery of all creative assets while maintaining alignment with established brand standards, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives, working closely primarily with regional events, and marketing teams and on occasion global events/ digital design. This role requires multi-tasking with in-depth technical understanding or the design world to effectively manage the team to ensure all of our assets are not only best in class but delivered on time and in full – adapted for the appropriate channels to propel our business forward. This role requires a highly organized, solutions-oriented leader who can step into an established workflow, quickly build context, and effectively manage multiple workstreams while keeping projects on track. The ideal candidate is a strong creative operator with hands-on capabilities, excellent project management discipline, and the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are executed on time, on brief, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Accountabilities:

Creative Management & Operations Continuity

  • Serve as the interim operations lead for NA creative services, ensuring business continuity across all current and upcoming initiatives
  • Partner closely with NA Marketing and events teams to maintain workflow prioritization and execution of key business priorities
  • Oversee all NA creative deliverables across NPD campaigns, Amazon, core programs, and ad-hoc requests
  • Ensure all artwork meets the brief with no typos or misinformation
  • Act as the primary NA operational point of contact across global creative forums, ensuring regional needs are represented and incorporated

Project & Workflow Management

  • Own end-to-end project management for all creative initiatives, from brief intake through final delivery
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely execution
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing shifting priorities while maintaining delivery standards
  • Implement and reinforce project management best practices, tools, and processes to improve workflow efficiency and transparency
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders and proactively addressing blockers
  • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations

Asset Delivery & Operations

  • Oversee briefing and development of creative assets for NA campaigns and events (in-store and virtual)
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets to retailer platforms, including file formatting and naming conventions
  • Monitor quality control to ensure all assets meet brand and technical standards
  • Maintain operational rigor in asset management, version control, and delivery processes

Reporting Relationships: This role reports directly to the General Manager, NA

Key Stakeholders

  • Internal: NA Creative, NA Events, NA Marketing, VM, PR, Digital teams
  • External: Creative agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in creative project management and operations
  • Proven experience stepping into complex environments and quickly driving continuity and results (interim/contract experience a plus)
  • Strong project management expertise, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience implementing structure, timelines, and processes in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Background managing creative teams within agency or brand environments (beauty, luxury, or consumer goods preferred)
  • A deep understanding of design processes and production requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; thrives in structured, process-driven environments
  • Strong leadership presence with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
  • Hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality with the ability to execute as needed
  • Self-starter who can operate independently while maintaining strong cross-functional connections

Benefits

Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 (annualized)

Employment Type: Fixed-term (8 months)
