Your Role at impact.com:

The world’s largest advertisers are rebuilding their creator programs around performance. They no longer want campaigns alone — they want an always-on operating system: a center of excellence with the strategy, compensation model, a scaled casting engine, a new measurement framework, and the internal muscle to run it at scale.

That is what you build.

As a Creator Solutions Account Manager, you are a member of impact.com’s Creator Strategy practice, designing and optimizing the most performance creator programs in the market. You work directly with brand teams and their agencies — diagnosing what they actually need beneath what they’ve asked for, translating ambiguity into roadmaps, and then standing up in front of a room and teaching others how to run it. You are equal parts strategist, executer, architect, creative, innovator, facilitator, and teacher.

This is a client-facing, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast moving environments with demanding stakeholders, and wants to help define what performance creator marketing becomes over the next five years.

What You'll Do:

  • Bring a working point of view on social and performance media trends, and pressure-test which ones deserve client investment.
  • Lead and manage the client relationship across a portfolio of accounts, from strategy and planning through to launch, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Analyse campaign performance and manage reporting, translating data into clear insights and strategic recommendations to optimise programs and support client growth.
  • Build creative strategies that focus on affiliate-optimized formats, translating what converts on performance rails into briefs creators can actually execute.
  • Bring a working point of view on social and performance media trends, and pressure-test which ones deserve client investment.
  • Develop breakthrough data-driven creator strategies, including campaign proposals, pricing recommendations, budget allocation, creator selection, and content formats that drive measurable performance.
  • Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, translating performance data into actionable insights, optimisation plans, and opportunities for program growth and expansion.
  • Proactively cultivate client relationships by building trust both within and outside of work settings, including hosting client strategy meetings, dinners, and activities that strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Become an expert on impact.com and assist top clients with best practices and strategies utilizing the platform. This includes building strong relationships with Customer Success team members
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Community teams to align creator strategies with broader business goals, while managing budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Team Supervision & Client Handoff: Supervise Sr Associates and Leads activities, ensuring consistent operational excellence.

What You Bring:

  • Completion of your free Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA is advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience leading integrated strategy and execution within creator marketing, affiliate marketing, paid media, or community-led programs.
  • Strong experience in a client-facing, consultative role, with confidence shaping complete strategy decks, influencing decisions, and driving account growth.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and turn insights into clear recommendations and scalable strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem across major social platforms, trends, and verticals such as fashion, CPG, parenting, wellness, or tech.
  • Experience building and pitching strategic proposals and campaign plans to senior stakeholders.
  • Integrated media experience with paid media, social media, and affiliate marketing delivers a holistic strategy to creator programs.
  • Experience with different measurement methods and models such as attribution, marketing mix modeling, brand health tracking, and lift studies.
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach, comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage creators, talent managers, and senior clients.
  • Completion of the Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA.
  • You’re comfortable being handed a vague directive and returning with a clear roadmap, requirements, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Extensive knowledge across performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and creator marketing, and fluency in the SaaS platforms that power them.
  • Working proficiency with leading performance creator platforms such as LTK and ShopMy.
  • Expert-level public speaking. You can hold a room of senior marketers and make a complicated idea land.
  • Expert-level workshop design and facilitation — you know the difference between presenting and facilitating, and you’re good at both.
  • Fluency in advanced marketing measurement: MMM, brand lift, sales lift, MTA.
  • Strong project management discipline across multiple concurrent, high-stakes engagements.
  • A process optimizer’s instinct — you notice friction and fix it rather than routing around it.
  • A genuine appetite for teaching. The best outcome of your work is a client team that no longer needs you in the room.
  • Thought leadership: you’re not just applying performance creator marketing best practice, you’re inventing it

Nice to have

  • Fluency in measurement technology and the vendor landscape behind it.
  • Hands-on experience with performance paid media.
  • Published writing, speaking, or original research in the creator or performance marketing space.
  • Agency experience
