  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the ongoing development of our market-leading products

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in credit markets, leveraged finance, and private credit.
  • Experience using the Bloomberg Terminal.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and market information.
  • Professional presence with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Meaningful responsibility from day one, with the chance to make a direct impact on products used by leading institutional investors worldwide.
  • A supportive, collaborative, and flexible culture that is often difficult to find at traditional Wall Street firms.
  • Exposure to a market-leading product that is considered the gold standard by private credit investors and market participants.
  • Significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement as the business continues to grow.
  • The opportunity to work alongside industry-leading experts in private credit and leveraged finance.

If you have a strong interest in financial markets, enjoy analytical problem-solving, and are looking to build a long-term career in credit, we’d love to hear from you.
