You’ll develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and in-app channels, leveraging CRM tools to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Qualifications / Responsibilities
- Experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and customer data.
- Develop, own, and optimize the customer lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
- Create segmentation and personalization strategies to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build and manage automated journeys and trigger-based campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution.
- Maintain a regular testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate) to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, and revenue impact.
