You’ll develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and in-app channels, leveraging CRM tools to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product, and Design teams to build targeted campaigns that deliver measurable impact on customer engagement and revenue.
Qualifications / Responsibilities
- Experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and customer data.
- Develop, own, and optimize the customer lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
- Create segmentation and personalization strategies to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build and manage automated journeys and trigger-based campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution.
- Maintain a regular testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate) to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, and revenue impact.
