Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role purpose:

Adapt and scale the Neko CRM programme to the US market. Own localisation of journeys, regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA), and US-specific workflows. Drive parity with EU performance while meeting regional requirements.

First 6–12-month outcomes:

• Successfully adapt and launch core EU journeys for the US market with documented localisation changes
• Achieve parity or better performance vs EU benchmarks (activation, rebooking) within a reasonable timeline
• Build and maintain US-specific comms library (insurance receipts, regulatory notices, state-specific messaging) with zero compliance violations
• Establish regular US vs EU performance comparison and feed learnings back to EU team
• Lead CCPA/CPRA consent management and preference centre strategy for US customers

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in CRM, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing in the US market
• Deep expertise in US comms regulations: CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA, state-level privacy laws
• Hands-on journey-building experience in a CRM/marketing automation platform (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Bird, SFMC)
• Cross-market campaign adaptation experience; ability to localise without losing strategic intent
• Strong data literacy and SQL comfort or demonstrable willingness to learn — at Neko, the CRM team works close to the data
• Ability to partner with Legal/Compliance on messaging and workflows
