Lead US employment and commercial counsel for a rapidly scaling healthcare company. The role owns labor and employment matters, workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, employee policies, commercial contract negotiation, privacy and healthcare compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. The counsel will advise operations, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and HR teams while supporting US expansion and multi-state workforce growth.

Own general ledger accounting for the management company, perform journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and bookkeeping. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, support multi-entity consolidation and intercompany reconciliations, manage close processes, bank reconciliations, audits, tax filings, and improve accounting policies and processes.

Lead design and enforce a centralized intake and governance model for clinical communications. Drive change management, audit current flows, build global programmes and templates, operationalize multi-channel comms (including AI-enabled formats), measure comprehension and engagement, and partner with leadership to embed processes across a dispersed clinical workforce.

Manage day-to-day procurement and logistics for US clinic operations: purchase orders, supplier onboarding, import/export coordination, stock and 3PL management, process improvements, compliance, and procurement reporting.

The Director of Platform Engineering will architect and build Neko Health’s internal AI developer platform, enhancing engineering workflows and driving substantial platform adoption across teams over the first year.

The Clinical Lab Technologist Supervisor leads the establishment and operation of a clinical laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards while managing validation and operational workflow.

Lead governance, tracking, and reporting for global site launches and capacity projects. Build PMO tech stack, processes, and reporting cadence; improve budget tracking and risk/compliance; deploy AI-driven automation; partner with Real Estate, Construction, Finance, and Operations to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and standards.

Design, build, and run a scalable QA program for outpatient clinics: map current QA processes, define quality metrics, create data collection and dashboards, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, and produce SOPs, audit tools, and training materials. Build and lead Neko's US regulatory affairs function: establish processes, SOPs and an in-region QMS; manage FDA engagement and device submissions; serve as US Agent/Initial Importer/Distributor; support state-by-state expansion and post-market regulatory activities; shape US and global RA strategy and scale the regional team.
