Owns candidate experience and interview coordination for a hiring area, managing complex scheduling, escalations, interview processes, and stakeholder communication. Configures jobs, interview plans, and forms in Ashby; develops guidelines and automations; monitors candidate experience metrics and feedback; and drives process improvements. Requires strong recruiting operations experience, sound judgment with AI tools, knowledge of structured hiring and compliance, and the ability to work in the office three days weekly.

Lead clinician onboarding and education across East Coast clinics. Run training cohorts, assess competency, provide remediation and feedback, manage clinical education partners, support clinic launches, escalate safety concerns, and ensure clinicians meet global standards. Continue practicing clinically while helping build Neko’s US education function.

Lead Neko’s global CRM strategy and team, driving acquisition, bookings, retention, referrals, and revenue. Build the CRM operating model, scale Braze across markets, establish experimentation, manage budgets and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Marketing, Product, Comms, and executive leadership to make CRM a core growth engine.

Lead a pod of four to six engineers building Neko’s growth systems, including its website, funnel, payments, booking, referrals, memberships, localization, and market launches. Set technical direction, improve architecture and instrumentation, own quality and security, run growth experiments, and mentor or hire engineers. Build and launch full-stack consumer growth products across websites, web apps, and backend systems. Own funnel areas such as waitlists, booking, payments, referrals, invites, memberships, localization, and market launches. Run measurable experiments, improve conversion, create configurable growth infrastructure, and maintain secure, resilient public surfaces using AI coding tools. Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and other teams.

Lead workforce analytics and planning for Neko Health’s US expansion. Build labor forecasts, staffing models, dashboards, and scheduling tools from scratch; analyze productivity, utilization, labor costs, absenteeism, overtime, and coverage. Apply AI and machine-learning methods to improve shift design, forecasting, and workforce efficiency. Partner with HR, Operations, and Medical Operations while supporting rota scheduling and shift coverage across multi-site clinics.

Own end-to-end launches for new US clinics, from site readiness and technology setup through inventory coordination and opening-day preparation. Assess locations, resolve readiness gaps, test hardware and software, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and ensure clinics are fully operational. Build scalable launch playbooks, trackers, and checklists while documenting lessons learned to improve future openings. The role requires frequent travel and hands-on work at new clinic sites.

Lead US employment and commercial counsel for a rapidly scaling healthcare company. The role owns labor and employment matters, workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, employee policies, commercial contract negotiation, privacy and healthcare compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. The counsel will advise operations, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and HR teams while supporting US expansion and multi-state workforce growth.

Lead the design, scaling, and reliability of Neko Health's core infrastructure. Build a secure Azure platform, improve deployment cycles, and manage a high-performance team.
