Since our launch in 2013, KREWE has grown into a dynamic brand celebrated for its distinctive, handcrafted sun and optical frames that reflect a deep commitment to quality,  individuality, and design.

In 2022, we opened the doors to our NYC headquarters in the heart of the Meatpacking District, building a second home for the brand that brings New Orleans’ culture, creativity, and energy to one of the world’s most iconic design capitals. Our presence now spans brick-and-mortar boutiques, mobile retail concepts, and a thriving e-commerce platform - alongside distribution through premier independents and top national retailers. Celebrated for our unique approach to design, KREWE has cultivated a loyal following among style-conscious consumers and influential tastemakers.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate, driven, and innovative individuals to join our talented team. At KREWE our work is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply mission-driven. Our people are high-performing and ambitious - not just about hitting goals, but about building something that’s original, culturally rooted and globally resonant. Every team member at KREWE has the opportunity to own their role and make a lasting impact. If this sounds like the right environment for you we invite you to apply below.

KREWE is looking for a CRM Manager to transform Email & SMS into one of our most important engines of customer and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will own CRM strategy and execution end-to-end, shaping how we acquire, engage, retain, and grow relationships with KREWE customers through smarter lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, automation, and testing.

This is an opportunity to build. You’ll inherit an established Email & SMS program with significant room to grow, and have the ownership to evolve it from a campaign-led channel into a sophisticated lifecycle engine that drives Ecommerce growth while expanding how CRM supports Retail, Events, and the broader KREWE customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts marketer, operator, and analyst: someone who sees the big picture, loves getting into the details, and is excited by the opportunity to shape what best-in-class CRM looks like at KREWE.

This role is based in our New York Headquarters five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Build the CRM Growth Strategy

  • Own KREWE’s Email & SMS strategy and roadmap, with a focus on driving revenue, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead the integrated CRM calendar across campaigns and lifecycle communications, connecting brand storytelling, product priorities, and commercial goals.
  • Partner across Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, and Events to identify where CRM can unlock incremental customer and business growth.

Evolve the Customer Journey

  • Build and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across key moments from acquisition and welcome through post-purchase, cross-sell, retention, and win-back.
  • Develop smarter segmentation and personalization strategies using customer behavior, purchase history, engagement, and other relevant signals.
  • Identify new opportunities to deepen customer relationships across digital and physical touchpoints, including loyalty, clienteling, and omnichannel CRM.

Bring It to Life

  • Own end-to-end execution across Klaviyo and Attentive, from campaign and flow builds through segmentation, QA, testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Creative to develop compelling CRM experiences, translating customer insights and performance learnings into strong creative and copy briefs.
  • Ensure every touchpoint feels distinctly KREWE while following channel best practices and maintaining strong deliverability and list health.

Test, Learn + Grow

  • Build a culture of testing across creative, messaging, cadence, segmentation, journeys, and acquisition strategies.
  • Own CRM performance reporting and turn results into clear insights, recommendations, and next actions.
  • Continuously look for what’s next, identifying new tools, capabilities, and strategies that can make CRM a stronger growth engine for KREWE.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, Email/SMS, or marketing automation experience, ideally within a DTC or omnichannel consumer brand.
  • A track record of using Email & SMS to drive measurable customer and revenue growth, across both campaigns and automated lifecycle programs.
  • Hands-on fluency in Klaviyo and Attentive. You know how to build, segment, test, troubleshoot, and optimize, not just develop the strategy.
  • Strong customer instincts and a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, personalization, segmentation, retention, and LTV.
  • A builder’s mindset. You see whitespace as opportunity and are energized by creating the strategy, systems, and programs that should exist.
  • Analytical curiosity. You want to understand why something worked and translate that learning into what happens next.
  • Strong creative judgment and an appreciation for the role brand and storytelling play in driving performance.
  • An ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution, and to collaborate across Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, and other teams.
  • Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with GA4, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Email & SMS compliance and data privacy best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Competitive wage
  • Group health plans: health, vision and dental insurance
  • Welfare benefits: life, ad&d, supplemental voluntary coverage
  • FSA Plan & HSA Program
  • 401(K) Investment Options
  • Adoption Assistance, EAP, Commuter Benefits
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Quarterly Cultural Spend
  • Ongoing Training and Development, an Educational Allowance
  • 10 paid holidays and Paid Time Off accrual
  • KREWE employee quarterly frame allowance (of course!)

Salary (for New York only): Up to $95,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Diversity and Inclusion:

KREWE believes in providing an inclusive workplace where all individuals have the opportunity to succeed. We are proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without discrimination or retaliation because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, pregnancy or any other protected characteristic as established by applicable local, state, or federal law.
