About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a CRM Vice President to lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and outcomes. This role will define and support the customer contact strategy, optimize engagement processes, and leverage CRM data for journey mapping and insights. This individual will focus on utilizing data to define and refine persona attributes, aligning marketing and sales efforts with customer behaviors, and enhancing the customer experience through data-driven refinement.

Responsibilities

  • Apply strategic use of CRM data, focusing on utilizing customer insights to improve marketing and sales effectiveness.
  • Optimize engagement processes and ensure data quality across CRM systems. Create a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
  • Define and refine persona attributes, aligning marketing and sales efforts with customer behaviors.
  • Enhance the customer experience through data-driven refinement and analytics.
  • Help develop and maintain data collection systems and databases to support demand generation efforts.
  • Track and monitor data quality initiatives, utilizing marketing automation tools to align identities.
  • Enable personalized customer engagement through data-driven insights and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and workflows.
  • Implement data governance standards and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer surveys.
  • Identify opportunities to apply automation to existing workflows.
  • Create CRM strategies and models that increase our clients’ relationships with their customers by working at the intersection of customer engagement, business, technology, big data, and content.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 10-15+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proven experience in CRM data management and marketing automation
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data privacy regulations
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Snowflake
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $185,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
