Title: Customer Development Assistant
Salary Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27 to $29 hourly. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Support management of marketing campaigns across all lifecycle marketing channels including but not limited to paid social, paid search, affiliates, email, SMS, display, print, OOH, direct mail, and card-link programs
- Own creative routing and approval process in Asana, including developing creative briefs, requesting assets for all channels, ensuring timely delivery of creatives, and QA’ing creative previews prior to launch
- Lead execution of email and SMS campaigns, including building campaigns, setting up creatives, and QA’ing final test emails/SMS
- Analyze customer research, macro conditions, and competitor data to inform strategy; maintain and own the competitive tracker
- Assist in pulling basic performance data across email, SMS, and paid media channels; provide daily reports with data and insights to the Customer Development team
- Assist in coordinating direct mail initiatives and VIC client development
- Perform other duties as needed/assigned
Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
- Up to 1 years of experience in a digital marketing role for a retailer or agency
- Experience in fashion or luxury goods industry is a plus
- Basic understanding of paid media and digital marketing concepts, and familiarity with email marketing and SMS platforms a plus (e.g., Attentive, Listrak, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is a must
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Rakuten, etc.), and site analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong attention to details
- Ability to manage projects and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work cross functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills
- Presentation skills a bonus
