Supports treasury and FP&A activities, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, debt transactions, bank administration, reconciliations, monthly close, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and management reporting. The role develops reporting processes, analyzes complex Excel datasets, improves financial procedures, and provides ad hoc analysis to Treasury, Finance, and business leaders.

Supports wholesale and franchise business planning through seasonal merchandise plans, revenue targets, inventory and OTB management, replenishment forecasting, and commercial reporting. Partners with Sales, Finance, and Merchandising to align assortments with financial goals, forecast revenue and inventory needs, manage account-level forecasts, and develop analytical tools. Provides sales-team and account-partner support while identifying opportunities to improve profitability, product availability, and inventory efficiency.

Leads luxury retail sales performance by exceeding goals, cultivating client relationships, providing personalized styling, and modeling premium selling behaviors. Supports store operations including POS use, merchandising, inventory, visual standards, and loss prevention. Builds repeat business through proactive clienteling and maintains a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Analyze, dispute, and resolve wholesale customer chargebacks, deductions, and compliance violations. Research discrepancies, prepare dispute documentation, reconcile accounts, monitor aging, analyze trends, generate recovery and KPI reports, support month-end close, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Operations to recover revenue and recommend process improvements to reduce future deductions.

Lead Vince's social media, PR, influencer and events strategy and execution. Manage agency and creator relationships, campaigns, community engagement, celebrity dressing, and seasonal brand events. Oversee budgets, KPIs, social listening, affiliate programs, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and optimize performance, including use of AI tools and content for generative/LLM search.
