We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist. Qualifies potential opportunities, nurtures leads and drivers early-stage sales engagement. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating contact through various channels, and building a robust pipeline of leads to support business growth.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related sales role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs, articulate value propositions, and build rapport.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social media platforms
- Initiate outbound contact via email, cold calls, and social messaging to introduce products/services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.
