About the Role

Ingram Micro is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Experience Representative to support our growing Public Sector team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while assisting with order management, shipment tracking, account inquiries, and issue resolution.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal support channels
  • Provide prompt and professional support regarding orders, shipments, returns, and general account questions
  • Track and research order status, delivery updates, and shipment issues
  • Route customers to appropriate departments including sales, technical support, billing, or other internal teams
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in company systems
  • Utilize internal databases and tools to research and resolve customer inquiries
  • Document customer interactions, concerns, and trends to support continuous process improvement
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support team objectives

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years of customer service, customer experience, order management, inside sales, account support, or related experience
  • Experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) customers is a plus
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or order management systems preferred

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
