The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own strategic school partnerships while building the playbooks, metrics, and workflows of a customer success function.
What you'll do
- Manage school and district relationships and serve as a primary partner contact.
- Grow referrals by helping partners identify students who could benefit from services.
- Build success playbooks, health metrics, and dashboards.
- Automate repetitive workflows with AI tools.
- Coordinate with operations, product, growth, and clinical teams and help coach colleagues.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4 to 5 or more years of professional customer-facing experience in sales, customer success, or business development.
- Experience managing a high-volume book of non-enterprise accounts and owning growth or upsell goals.
- Early-stage experience building processes with limited resources.
- A bachelor's degree and strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to turn data into decisions and use AI to improve workflows.
- Interest in children's access to mental healthcare.
Bonus points
- Education technology, K-12, or school partnership experience.
- Experience spanning sales and customer success.
Benefits
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 110,000 to 150,000 per year.
- Equity: Competitive equity.
- A variable bonus of USD 10,000 to USD 20,000 is listed in addition to base salary.
Location and work model
- Hybrid with three days per week in the SoHo office in New York City. Relocation candidates are considered.
