About the role

Our Customer Success Manager, OM will possess the ability to meet or exceed all launch KPI’s; including but not limited to continuously minimizing time to first value, prescriptive guidance on the Everflow tools that support and grow our users’ businesses, and guide a smooth technical launch in collaboration with our Technical Solutions team.

Customer Success OMs will act and make decisions with a revenue expansion mindset (NRR); opportunity mapping, opportunity closing and relationship building continuously over their time spent with Everflow clients

What you'll do
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to realized value in the shortest amount of time possible. Assist clients in the initial setup and configuration of the software, tailoring the implementation to meet their specific business needs.
  • Ability to be a front-line Customer Success Manager from a relationship perspective. Build and maintain strong, multi threaded and long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify growth opportunities with customers, and develop and implement solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals.
  • Develop expertise with new products and features and be able to evangelize them with clients.
  • Understand the customer’s business goals and challenges in order to advocate for customer needs and to share feedback within the company to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Monitor customer usage data and health metrics - Proactively identify any potential issues before they become problems and address accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, as well as troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and acting as their trusted advisor
  • Experience in sales or a strong understanding of sales principles, including the ability to negotiate contracts and upsell products or services
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues, resolve conflicts, and find creative solutions to meet client needs - Consultative in approach
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role
  • CRM tools like Hubspot/Jira (Basic)
  • Experience using either Everflow or competitor tracking platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Third Party analytics solutions - Google Analytics, Social/MediaBuying or MMPs (preferred but not required)
Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
