Who We Are

Endex builds AI agents that handle complex, end-to-end work for the world's most demanding teams. Today we're deployed across leading financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies, embedded in the tools and workflows they rely on. We operate at the frontier of agentic knowledge work, partnering closely with top AI research labs and backed by the OpenAI Startup Fund. We're on a mission to build the most capable digital coworker in the world.

About the Role

Location: New York City
Commitment: 5 Days In-Person

We're looking for someone who makes customers successful, not just satisfied. Our customers run agents on real work, where the output has to be right the first time.

As a Customer Success Manager at Endex, you'll own deployment, onboarding, adoption and renewal across our accounts. You'll work directly with our founders, AEs and product team to shape how customers succeed and what we build next.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own Customer Outcomes: Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts from signature through renewal. Know their goals, their teams and exactly where Endex fits in their work.

  • Lead Deployments: Get new customers live fast. Run kickoffs, configure integrations and partner with IT and InfoSec to clear the path to production.

  • Train and Enable Users: Run onboarding sessions and workshops that show teams what agents can do across email, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Make every user productive in their first week.

  • Drive Adoption: Monitor usage, find the teams getting the most value and replicate it across the firm. Turn a single team's pilot into firmwide deployment.

  • Protect and Expand Accounts: Spot risk early and fix it before it becomes churn. Surface expansion opportunities and partner with AEs on renewals and upsells.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: You'll hear every request, edge case and frustration first. Translate that into product feedback, bug reports and roadmap input that keeps us ahead.

  • Build the Function: Create the onboarding playbooks, health metrics and support processes we'll scale on. You're not just running customer success. You're helping define it.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven customer leader: 2+ years in customer success, account management, implementation or consulting. You've owned enterprise accounts and grown them.

  • Customer-obsessed: You care whether the people you work with actually succeed. You follow up, follow through and make yourself the person customers call first.

  • Technically fluent: You learn new software quickly and can explain it to anyone. You're comfortable working through integrations, security questions and edge cases with engineers.

  • Credible with experts: You can hold your own with analysts, operators and executives. You learn a domain fast and speak its language.

  • Commercially minded: You see renewals and expansion as part of the job. You know how to turn a happy customer into a bigger one.

  • Relentlessly resourceful: You move fast, leverage your network and figure things out without a playbook.
