About Bikky

Restaurants are the heart of our communities - where we go to celebrate life’s memorable moments with those we love, and find comfort and familiarity in the world. But while the digital and data revolutions have transformed other parts of commerce and hospitality, restaurants haven’t had the same opportunity. The result has been an industry that’s - on average - had their profit margins shrink by 5x over the past 20 years.

Bikky was founded on the belief that restaurants deserve the same access to data as the largest, most sophisticated businesses in the world. We believe that data can fundamentally transform the economic model of the entire restaurant industry - producing better businesses, more jobs, and stronger communities.

Bikky is based in New York City and has raised over $15 million in funding to date, most recently with a Series A in Q4 2023. We’re proud to serve thousands of restaurant locations across the U.S., including major brands like Bojangles, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Long John Silver’s.

About the role

Most restaurants make decisions the same way they did fifty years ago - using gut instincts and best guesses. At Bikky, we’re giving restaurants the tools they need to make data driven decisions, fundamentally changing how they operate their businesses.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting restaurants to make more informed decisions. Your mandate is simple - help our customers build stronger businesses using data. But getting there is anything but straightforward. You’ll need to play the role of consultant, educator, and data analyst - sometimes all in the same conversation. You’ll be asked to think deeply about our customers' unique challenges and find the ideal strategy to unlock their adoption of Bikky. While you do it, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the insides of a trillion dollar industry that touches everyone in America.

On any given week you might:
  • Run a workshop with a customer’s marketing leader to help structure their team’s goals.
  • Train an operations team on using data to evaluate culinary changes.
  • Work with C-suite executives to build the organizational culture necessary to support data-driven experimentation.
  • Perform an analysis in Bikky to help a brand understand why their sales are changing.
  • Run an onboarding session for a new customer, training them on Bikky and analytical skills.

Beyond your day-to-day, you’ll be the voice of our customers internally, giving you the opportunity to influence product direction and company strategy.

About you

Our CSM roles require a multidisciplinary skillset. We’re looking for individuals with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. You might be a particularly good fit for the role if you’re coming from a consulting, business, or analyst role.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years working in a customer, business, or client facing role.
  • Experience reasoning about businesses, or a clear curiosity about how businesses operate.
  • Proven success working with ambiguity and taking ownership beyond your core role.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • A love of working directly with customers.

That said, we want to talk with exceptional candidates from any background. If you feel you’re a great fit for the role, please reach out even if you don’t meet all of the points above.

Why us

At Bikky, you’ll help the best restaurant brands in the country solve real problems that impact their bottom line. In doing so, you’ll create better outcomes for their customers, employees, and franchisee owners.

Alongside your work with customers, you’ll be in a strategic role that’s at the core of what we do. You’ll have the opportunity to influence and learn from every aspect of the business - setting you up well for whatever role you’d like to step into next.

Perks and Benefits
  • $100,000 - $160,000 annual salary. The salary band reflects multiple career levels internally, which will be narrowed during the interview process.
  • Generous equity compensation
  • Top tier (for stage) healthcare, including medical, vision, and dental with 100% employer coverage.
  • Ability to participate in a 401k.
  • Bikky offers a hybrid working environment. For candidates in New York City, we have an office where the team works 3-4 days per week.
  • Flexible vacation policy.
