Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:  This position is for a driven, detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist I is responsible for managing daily interactions with customers, sales team members, and the brokerage network. The individual collaborates closely with multiple departments to ensure on-time order delivery and provide timely updates, supporting overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

TASKS PERFORMED AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, sales team members

and brokers with questions pertaining to current, future and past orders

• Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams to obtain COAs for all upcoming

outbound shipments, adjust shipping dates as needed, and communicate any

delays to customers and the logistics team managing freight

• Maintain all customer communications and file/link them appropriately

• Run, file and share daily internal reports

• Back up for front desk when out of office

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Manage information sharing via internal TV system

• Support department managers/directors with special projects as needed
