ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Client Advisor Associate, you will work with our small-to-medium sized clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of VTS for their organizations. You will be responsible for a large portfolio of clients, ensuring they are adopting the platform, and proactively identifying churn risk. You will be a partner to the sales, implementation, and product teams to ensure a coordinated approach to these customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Relationship Building: Be a trusted point of contact to key stakeholders across your accounts to help them maximize the value of the platform
  • Detailed Product/Service Knowledge: Have strong proficiency on VTS products and services and understand how they can be leveraged to help your clients achieve desired outcomes
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify situations where clients are at risk of adopting VTS or achieving their business outcomes and work with internal stakeholders to develop solutions to address these (working closely with internal stakeholders, - sales, product, exec leadership & support) 
  • Client Engagement: Establish periodic clients across your set of accounts to check in on their adoption and ability to achieve desired outcomes. Identify accounts at risk from a adoption, outcome perspective and partner internal stakeholders to address
  • Customer Success Partner: Help partner with Senior Client Advisors and Customer Success Leadership on client and strategic initiatives where required

ABOUT YOU

  • 1-3 years in a client-facing advisory role
  • A service-oriented ethos, and a demonstrated curiosity to solve client problems
  • Strong organization skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), meticulous attention to detail, and a resourceful problem-solving attitude
  • A passion for building valued relationships with customers and managing the financial impact that clients make to the overall organization
  • An analytical and results focused mindset, coupled with a creative make-it-happen spirit
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Applications (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides) preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of working cross functionally to resolve customer issues
