Jr Customer Success Manager
Aircall is looking for a rockstar Junior Customer Success Manager to maximize the value our product can bring to our current customers. We are looking for a talented individual who is looking for a startup experience and is eager to get in the trenches with us and build something great!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, grow and nurture a portfolio of VIP clients
- Complete ownership of the Onboarding Process of VIP clients
- Maximize the expansion of portfolio by implementing tools to identify expansion opportunities, we sell value NOT features (and solve problems that our clients don't even know theyhave!at a marginal cost of course ;) )
- Prevent and minimize churn & contraction
- Contribute to the direct development of our product with our tech team with feedback from clients
REQUIREMENTS
- 0-1 years of customer facing experience in a startup or a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We LOVE talking to people
- Passion for consistently providing fantastic customer experience, we are customer advocates and we love using our empathetic bone ;)
- Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment; you have to know how to organize workflows and be process orientated
- Committed, ambitious, team player to the max, wearer of all hats, humble beyond belief, magician
- Sense of humor....you will be tested in your interviews
