The Senior Client Strategy Manager will be charged with supporting the Associate Directors of Client Strategy in the departments mandate of driving quantifiable, measurable and winning strategies for applications of Movable Ink software for a named list of 50 of our most strategic accounts.
The role will report to the VP of Strategic Accounts and be in NYC.
Details:
- Support the Associate Account Directors in editing and finalizing client facing content such as campaign analytics, test plans and recommendations.
- Support the AADs in editing and finalizing thought leadership content such as whitepapers and benchmark reports.
- Own the end to end content creation process for multiple monthly and ad hoc client facing deliverables including - vertical specific trend and best practice slides, blog posts and other content formats. When merited, will include working with the design team.
- Support the management of team workflow and deliverables in Airtable.
- Manage research training sessions for the broader Customer Success and Sales team and own eMarketer and other research tools.
- Closely align themselves with the broader CX team and act as a vertical SME.
- Expert in Movable Ink applications across all verticals to be able to craft strategies that drive business goals for our largest clients.
- Expert in cross channel marketing strategies and vendors.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years digital industry experience at an ESP, Agency, Consultancy or Client Side.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies for a variety of industries and the associated operational plans to support them.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent photoshop and powerpoint skills
- Tableau and Airtable skills a plus.
- Prior knowledge of Movable Ink a plus.
