IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager to set the vision and strategy for the IT Department. This individual will be be responsible for managing the processes and technologies that support Stash. The IT Manager will drive the execution and improvement of key service delivery processes, both tactical and strategic, for all IT infrastructure throughout the organization and ensure that the correct metrics and KPI’s are in place. What you’ll do:
- Build and scale an operations team to include all aspects of IT management
- Establish best practices, processes, policies and procedures for IT change management and IT administration
- Set up clear objectives, KPIs, metrics and reporting for the operations team and individual performance while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, network infrastructure, workstations, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
- Deploy SSO and perform user management on all employee applications
- Own G-Suite administration to include: Gmail, Team Spaces, DLP, application management, MDM, eDiscovery and system archival
What we’re looking for:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Technical, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years leading an IT support organization
- Strong knowledge of administering or troubleshooting Macintosh and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of network infrastructures
- Experience deploying Jamf (Casper) or other Macintosh configuration management tools. Active Directory GPO experience a plus
- Hands on experience with SSO/SAML deployment
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- Understanding of AWS implementations and infrastructure a plus
- Scripting experience desirable
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
