RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with our client's technology leaders, enable their organizations to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process, technology and data mindset to solve business alignment, strategic and tactical challenges. You'll provide end-to-end services while helping clients align business and technology by selling and delivering
• Strategies - Architect and lead hybrid client/EPAM teams responsible for the IT & Technology strategic planning process, ensuring alignment to business strategies, bringing customer, product, team member, technology and data perspectives and while ensuring its ability to be implemented
• Target Operating Models - Architect and lead hybrid client/EPAM teams responsible for the creation of IT & Technology Target Operating Models, aligning them to the strategy and ensuring people, process, technology and data dimensions are appropriately addressed
• Enterprise Architecture - Lead hybrid client/EPAM teams in architecting and executing Enterprise Architecture initiatives including strategies, assessments, solutioning, and implementation
• Promoting CIO & Technology - Establish trusted advisor status by proactively capitalizing on opportunities to deepen client relationships. Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with EPAM sales leadership, account management and delivery teams
• Practice Growth - Proactively expand existing and develop new expertise within the practice, remain up to date on news, best practices and trends across the relevant business and technology solutions that will contribute or drive our customers' IT & Technology strategy and tactics

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 8-12 years of progressively responsible experience in an internal Business/Technology or technology consulting environment
• Experience with the digital transformation concepts including people, process, technologies, and data
• A deep understanding of business capabilities and functions, processes and data and related topics in one or more industry vertical
• Experience leading and managing technology-based consulting teams and/or small projects
• Knowledge and application of common frameworks and methods such as TOGAF, Zachmann ITIL V4, Agile\\SAFe, or NIST
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field

• This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
