What you will do:
  • Support data collection, cleaning, validation, and consolidation for business analysis.
  • Prepare data summaries, pivot tables, charts, and basic analysis reports.
  • Assist with data processing and report automation using Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Use AI tools or AI agents to support data processing, document summarization, report generation, and workflow automation.
  • Help maintain data templates, analysis files, dashboards, and reporting outputs.
  • Support ad hoc data analysis, issue investigation, and result verification.

The skills you bring:
  • Undergraduate or master's student in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis functions.
  • Basic experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Interest in using AI tools or AI agents to improve work efficiency and automate repetitive data tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and logical, with good data sensitivity.
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
  • Able to work at least 3 days per week and commit to 3 months or longer.
