This position plays a critical role in designing and delivering integrated analytics solutions for strategic clients by combining data engineering expertise with advanced visualization skills and client-facing acumen.

The Data Analyst will lead the development of scalable, insight-driven real estate planning tools that unify disparate datasets, support platform innovation, and empower clients with actionable intelligence. This is a full-time, remote position supporting strategic client accounts.

Job Description

RESPON

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with clients, account strategy leads, brokers, and technology teams to understand business goals and define analytics use cases across workplace, portfolio, and transaction data.

  • Act as a strategic data consultant to clients, providing guidance on system integration, data sourcing, quality assurance, and architecture for real estate data ecosystems.

  • Interface with client-side and internal engineering teams to define and validate data structures, integrate new data sources (e.g., ERP, IWMS, access control), and improve data readiness for analytics.

  • Assess and document data lineage, business rules, and logic; develop helper tables or intermediate data models to support client-facing applications.

  • Lead and contribute to multi-phase analytics solutions, starting with diagnostic dashboards and evolving to automated, business-as-usual reporting and modeling.

  • Support ongoing innovation, including the integration of structured data into broader AI-driven real estate platforms and automation tools for assigned clients.

  • Translate complex analytics requirements into clear, scalable workflows—balancing user experience, system constraints, and stakeholder objectives.

  • Own the full data lifecycle from extraction and transformation to visualization—leveraging tools such as SQL, Databricks, and Tableau to connect to disparate systems and drive insight generation.

  • Design and build dynamic, executive-ready dashboards and BI tools to support real estate decisions, leveraging Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other relevant platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

  • 4–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, preferably within commercial real estate, management consulting, or technology-enabled advisory services.

  • Strong technical foundation with experience in SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud-based data environments; Python, DAX, or Alteryx knowledge is a plus.

  • Proven ability to work with disparate data sources and systems (ERP, IWMS, CRM, lease admin tools, access control systems) to build cohesive data pipelines.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with clients on analytics use cases and data strategies.

  • High attention to detail and a passion for data integrity, accuracy, and usability.

  • Experience working in matrixed or consulting environments with exposure to external clients, senior executives, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Advanced proficiency with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker; experience with dashboard UX design and executive storytelling preferred.

  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate data, lease structures, portfolio strategy, or workplace analytics is strongly preferred.
