About the role:

The Data Center Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs that ensure the scalability and reliability of our global infrastructure. This role involves owning the DC Ops roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones in alignment with organizational objectives. You will drive tactical execution by resolving critical bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness. Proactive risk management is key, requiring the development of technical and logistical mitigation strategies to maintain operational efficiency and prevent project delays. Success in this position requires balancing hands-on execution with strategic portfolio-level coordination, partnering closely with DC Ops leadership to maintain alignment, visibility, and momentum.

Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience in complex technical environments.
  • Direct experience within data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs.
  • Experience in providing executive-level program status, risk, and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Fluency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing processes and driving execution in high-growth, fast-paced operational environments.
  • Experience building and improving program governance structures and reporting frameworks
Preferred
  • Familiarity or experience utilizing DCIM, CMMS, or facilities management platforms.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership through operational governance and review processes.
  • A formal project management certification or equivalent experience in structured PMO environments.
  • Experience building 'foundational' operational frameworks from scratch—creating the playbooks, tools, and reporting structures that allow a portfolio of projects to scale.
