- Monitor platform performance, availability, and operational health
- Diagnose and resolve platform incidents and operational issues
- Coordinate with enterprise technology teams on integrations and dependencies tied to marketplace roadmap commitments
- Manage platform capacity and scalability as usage grows
- Facilitate access request and approval workflows for new assets or permissions not already provisioned (supporting the Security/IAM/Compliance lead)
- Partner with the Product Lead, Governance Lead, Infrastructure and architecture teams to ensure the platform supports evolving marketplace requirements
- Engage with platform vendor and implementation partner on releases, incidents, and roadmap-related integration work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer, or a related field
- 10 years of Platform operations or engineering professional with experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or SaaS platforms
- At least 5 years addition experience with strong background in platform monitoring, integrations, and vendor coordination, familiarity operating in environments with uptime and performance expectations
- Comfortable partnering with product, security, and enterprise technology teams
- Working knowledge of data governance, access controls, and cloud/SaaS platform administration (Atlan experience a plus)
- Experience coordinating with vendor and implementation partners on platform delivery
