Job Description

At least 8-10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must have Strong technical knowledge of current network and enterprise systems software, protocols and standards including Cisco Networking, Cisco Voice and Wireless, Firewalls and knowledge of Exchange, Directory Services

Strong knowledge of local area network administration

Use of ServiceNow

Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience

Experience documenting and maintain configuration and process information

Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and deployment

Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

Experience understanding global human resource management principles, practice and procedures

Strong understanding, experience in delivering global project management principles

Previous experience managing or working in outsourced IT environments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology Services

Technical Master’s degree encouraged

Other Qualifications: 

Cisco Advanced Level Certifications

ITIL Certifications

Six Sigma Certifications

Project Management or PMI Certifications

International experience

Microsoft Advanced Level Certifications

MUST HAVE at least CCNP
