The Opportunity
As a Data Scientist Sr. Manager, you will lead data science work that turns complex information into clear business insights and practical actions for consumer markets clients. As a Senior Manager you will lead large initiatives, advise stakeholders on data-driven decisions, and guide teams through ambiguity while using sound judgment, clear communication, and a focus on operational excellence. In this role at PwC, you will help shape analytics solutions, develop data models and storytelling approaches, and support the delivery of work within our Data and Analytics practice.
Responsibilities
- Leading data science and business intelligence initiatives that translate complex consumer market data into actionable insights
- Designing predictive models, analytical frameworks, and data-driven stories that support client decision-making and business growth
- Applying Python, AI fluency, and advanced analytics methods to develop scalable solutions for reporting, forecasting, and segmentation
- Guiding teams through ambiguous problem sets by framing key questions, testing hypotheses, and synthesizing findings into clear recommendations
- Building dashboards and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools to track performance, trends, and market opportunities
- Validating data quality, refining data pipelines, and improving data architecture to support reliable analysis and insight generation
- Coaching team members and shaping work plans across multiple initiatives while balancing priorities and timelines
- Collaborating with business leaders to assess market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop analytical approaches that support strategic objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
- Demonstrating advanced analytics and data science experience within consumer markets
- Applying statistical modeling and forecasting to business questions
- Leading cross-functional data storytelling for executive audiences
- Translating complex findings into clear strategic recommendations
- Coaching teams through ambiguity and prioritizing competing demands
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
