We're looking for someone who can turn ambiguous business requests into reliable, production-grade automations. You'll partner with teams across the company to identify automation opportunities, scope requirements, and build automations leveraging AI. In addition you will:
- Partner with stakeholders across teams to intake automation requests, define requirements, and align on priorities.
- Design, build, test, and maintain automations (e.g., using n8n) that connect systems and automate processes across the organization.
- Write design documents that scope technical approaches, surface tradeoffs, and set expectations with partners.
- Write code for custom logic, data transformation, and API integrations.
- Monitor production workflows, troubleshoot failures, and build in error handling and alerting from the start.
- Document workflows so they can be understood, maintained, and extended by others.
