Key Responsibilities:
Develop and apply NLP and LLM-based solutions to analyze and extract structured insights from large, unstructured text files
Design pipelines for document parsing, information extraction, summarization, and entity linking using state-of-the-art models
Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate intelligent capabilities into our user-facing features.
Create evaluation frameworks to continuously assess and improve AI assistant performance and accuracy.
Monitor performance in production and continuously improve models based on feedback and user interaction
Stay current on research and trends in generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based architectures-and help translate them into practical applications.
Contribute to building internal tools, evaluation pipelines, and best practices for applied AI.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
3 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development roles
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in pandas, scikit-learn, and other ML libraries
Understanding of machine learning fundamentals including model evaluation and deployment
Experience with NLP techniques and working with LLM APIs to build AI-powered solutions
Familiarity with RAG systems, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
Experience with data visualization tools (matplotlib, seaborn, Tableau, or similar)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
