- Support production environments through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventative measures.

- 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience developing enterprise applications, integrations, or automation solutions.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL Server.
- Experience developing automation solutions using Python
- Ability to develop highly collaborative relationships both internally and externally.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts.

- Working knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, operations, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platforms and operational technologies.

- Experience supporting asset management, inventory management, capacity planning, and reporting solutions.
- Understanding of application Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps principles.
