Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Deal Desk Analyst-(Remote)
Reporting to the Director, Pricing and Commercial Excellence the Deal Desk Analyst (remote) is in charge of providing the administrative hold up necessary to grow our business and enhance customer relationships to grow revenue and profitability.
What a typical day looks like:
- Review customer quotations and proposals for compliance with company policies
- Partner with Lead Field Sales to structure deals that meet customer needs while achieveing company profitability objectives
Evaluate discount requests, exceptions, and non-standard pricing deviations - Provide guidance on framework agreement structure and payment terms
- Support strategic and high-value opportunities throughout the approval process and executive reviews
Deal Approval and Governance - Manage deal approval workflows and ensure deals are reviewed within defined SLA period
- Review and drive adherence to official pricing policy, discount thresholds, and approval matrices
- Escalate exceptions and high-risk quotations to pricing and executive leadership
- Maintain documentation and audti trails for approvals and exceptions
- Serve as a liaison between Lead Field Sales, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations
- Coordinate reviews and approvals of non-standard quotation terms and conditions
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to resolve commercial issues quickly
The experience we’re looking to add to our team,
- 3-7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Estimating, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, or related functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting B2B sales
- Ability to interpret pricing policies, contracts, and commercial terms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Excel, quote approval systems, and CPQ
- MBA or advanced business degree preferred
