ClearDATA is looking for a Deal Desk Contracts Administrator to support our Sales and Professional Services teams!  We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented person who can help move managed-services, cloud-reseller, and professional-services opportunities from approved pricing through accurate contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), signature, and internal handoff. This role administers the commercial and documentation process; it does not manage project delivery.

The role is remote and is for anyone who can work remotely in the US or Canada.

What your impact will be:

  • Manage deal-desk intake and track requests, documents, approvals, owners, customer actions, and target dates
  • Prepare standard quotes and commercial documents with Account Executives using approved pricing, templates, service tiers, and cloud-reseller terms
  • Coordinate professional-services SOW development with Sales, technical resources, and Professional Services
  • Capture agreed project scope, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, dependencies, customer responsibilities, acceptance criteria, timeline, staffing inputs, and pricing accurately in each SOW
  • Review professional-services SOWs for completeness, consistency, delivery-owner approval, and reflected scope or commercial changes before signature
  • Draft and update order forms, SOWs, amendments, change orders, renewals, repricing, and cancellation documents; check scope, pricing, billing, dates, responsibilities, and signature requirements
  • Route nonstandard pricing, contract language, security terms, and scope questions to Finance, Legal, Security/Compliance, Delivery, or Sales leadership
  • Track redlines, versions, approvals, and electronic signatures and follow up to keep deals moving
  • Maintain organized deal files and accurate opportunity, quote, contract, order, subscription, and renewal records in Salesforce
  • Prepare and audit closed-won documentation for onboarding, billing, and customer-success handoff; verify final documents match the approved deal

What we’re looking for:

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, contracts administration, order management, legal operations, customer operations, or a similar coordination role
  • Experience preparing or administering quotes, contracts, SOWs, order forms, renewals, amendments, change orders, or electronic-signature workflows
  • Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

What would make you stand out:

  • Experience with CPQ, contract lifecycle management, document repositories, or electronic-signature tools
  • Familiarity with managed services, professional-services scoping, AWS/Azure/GCP resale or marketplace programs, recurring services, or usage-based billing
  • Exposure to direct, channel, or partner-led B2B technology sales and professional-services SOW review

What success looks like:

  • Deals progress with fewer administrative delays and complete approvals, signatures, and CRM records
  • Quotes, contracts, and SOWs are accurate and consistent across documents
  • Professional-services scope is complete, internally approved, executable by Delivery, and handed off clearly to Finance and Customer Success

What we offer:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • A competitive compensation package
  • Tons of opportunities for career growth
  • Generous vacation (we want you to use it!)
  • A culture that values community involvement and giving back
