Based in New York City, and reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, you will lead our end-to-end demand engine. Your north star is driving a high-velocity, active pipeline for new business while partnering with our customer team to expand pilots into enterprise-wide deals. You will be successful in this role if you are a strategic doer: someone who can architect a sophisticated demand gen foundation, and then roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns in a fast-paced, startup environment. You are a strong candidate for this role if you are highly collaborative and excel in cross-functional execution with the ability to partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Pipeline: Act as the primary driver of marketing-sourced pipeline, measured by sales-qualified meetings from events, digital initiatives, and website conversions.

  • Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of prospect campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, field events, and digital marketing strategies through close partnership with GTM teams.

  • Sales Enablement & Partnership: Partner directly with the BDR Manager to build outbound playbooks that are deeply integrated with our marketing events and campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Accountability: Partner across marketing & sales development functions within the organization, with the objective of delivering high-quality assets and insights required to successfully drive sales pipeline.

  • HubSpot Administration: Act as the lead administrator for our HubSpot Marketing Hub, managing lead-to-sales flow and inclusive of lead scoring, distribution, and metrics reporting and dashboards.

  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Drive integrated marketing through management of various digital channels and related tools; support evaluation and consultation of our martech stack.

  • AI-Driven Efficiency: Utilize AI tools to scale campaign production and proficiency, supporting our lean team in delivering outsized results.

Who You Are
  • Proven Demand Leader: You have at least 5 years of experience owning & leading demand generation functions with a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.

  • B2B SaaS Background: You have a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and proven track record in enterprise or platform marketing, moving beyond point-solution sales to articulate the value of a robust, multi-tool-replacing architecture.

  • Highly Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to bridge the gap between marketing initiatives and sales execution.

  • Technical Expert: You can operate within Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, with deep experience in Marketing Automation and website tools.

  • Startup Mindset: You are open, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are building the foundation while simultaneously driving the plan.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and equity. For applicants in the US, the compensation range for this role is $160,000 – $210,000, depending on relevant experience and skill set
