We are seeking a technically savvy Demand Generation Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This role combines hands-on campaign execution with data-driven decision-making and marketing technology expertise. The ideal candidate is comfortable building campaigns in ad platforms and automation tools, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously improving conversion outcomes across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

● Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, webinars, and content syndication.

● Build, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and other B2B/B2C channels.

● Create audience segmentation strategies, retargeting campaigns, and nurture flows to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

● Coordinate landing page creation, A/B testing, form optimization, and campaign tracking implementation.

● Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to align messaging and campaign goals.

Marketing Technology & Automation

● Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce integrations.

● Configure tracking systems including UTM structures, pixels, conversion events, and attribution models.

● Ensure accurate lead routing, scoring, and CRM data hygiene.

● Support integrations between advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

● Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.

● Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau.

● Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities through data analysis.

● Present campaign performance findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.


Requirements

● 2–5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.

● Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.

● Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.

● Experience with campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics.

● Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

● Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

● Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
