The Opportunity

Our New York office is looking for an associate with three to five years of experience in derivatives and structured products. Experience in derivatives and structured products trading documentation, complex OTC derivatives, structured financing and leverage arrangements and related derivatives regulations is a must. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
