Join us to shape impactful solutions that drive business strategy and deliver measurable results. As a Design Strategy leader, you will influence outcomes, foster team growth, and champion a culture of innovation and risk management.

As a Design Strategy – Vice President in Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) Risk Management, you will lead end-to-end problem solving to develop customer-centered recommendations that align to business strategy and can be executed with clear measures of success. You will influence senior stakeholders through crisp options, strong facilitation, and executive-ready storytelling. You will strengthen team standards and coaching practices while operating with a strong risk and controls mindset.

Job responsibilities:

  • Translate ambiguous problems into structured workplans, adapt as priorities shift, and drive delivery through to measurable outcomes.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable recommendations aligned to business goals.
  • Challenge assumptions, investigate unexpected outcomes, and refine recommendations based on evidence.
  • Manage surface risks, decision points, tradeoffs, and dependencies early, and escalate appropriately to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, data and analytics, and risk to drive shared ownership and durable solutions.
  • Craft clear narratives, visuals, and meeting materials, and lead discussions toward decisions and outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions that align stakeholders, clarify scope, and accelerate execution.
  • Apply modern design strategy methods such as journey mapping, service blueprinting, and rapid experimentation to reduce uncertainty and improve decisions.
  • Use generative AI thoughtfully to accelerate discovery and prototyping while maintaining strong human oversight and quality standards.
  • Coach teammates with specific, actionable feedback and contribute to standards and repeatable practices that raise team effectiveness.
  • Identify gaps early, embed risk, controls, and conduct considerations into solution design and working practices.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills  

  • Lead cross-functional design strategy initiatives, including strategy development and service design leadership.
  • Translate research and data into structured recommendations, options, and clear next steps.
  • Manage stakeholders and influence senior leaders by articulating tradeoffs and delivering decision-ready materials.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision forums to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Apply journey mapping and service design tools to diagnose root causes across channels and operations.
  • Define success measures with analytics partners and interpret behavioral data to inform recommendations.
  • Partner effectively with risk, compliance, and control stakeholders while operating in regulated or complex environments.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience  
  • Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching and developing team capabilities.
