Job Description:

**Only candidates in Chicago or New York will be considered – role is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in our offices required**


Dentsu Creative is seeking a Designer, Brand Identity to join our creative team, working on branding, design and art direction for integrated 360 campaign creative across all channels for our newest AOR win, one of the largest healthcare, pharmacy, and consumer wellness brands in the US. You will do a mix of hands-on design work and setting the visual tone and language for a variety of campaign creative including storyboards for video, OOH, paid social and print. You will concept and execute a variety of deliverables including integrated brand campaigns, retail and shopper marketing, CRM and lifecycle communications, healthcare enrollment and member communications, patient education, social and content creation, retail media and commerce assets, in-store experiences, personalization programs, and AI-enabled creative production. You will report to a Design Director. You have a background in branding and visual design and have 3+ years of experience in an agency environment.


Role Overview:

As a Designer specializing in brand identity, you will play a key role with Design Directors and Strategy leads to elevate the design standards of our agency's output. Your primary objective is to concept and execute distinctive ideas and designs, ensuring the creative strategic development and overall concept development of our client's brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Hands on visual/graphic and branding design including concepting and executing branding and design ideas
  • Revise and edit designs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
  • You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
  • You understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.
  • You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies
  • You will present work internally.
  • You have a love for what’s happening in culture, and across various industries

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in hands on brand and visual design and art direction
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design or related field
  • Experience in an agency setting
  • Experience with brand identity and brand development
  • Portfolio showcasing successful brand identity projects and strong typography
  • Knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Adept at designing in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Design systems and brand guidelines experience
  • Motion design and AI image generation experience are a plus

Additional Information 

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $90,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
