We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who knows OpenShift inside and out. This role focuses on building, automating, and supporting containerized applications in a fast-paced environment. You will work with developers, architects, and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly while improving how we ship and manage code.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain CI and CD pipelines that support OpenShift workloads
• Manage OpenShift clusters, including deployment, upgrades, scaling, logging, and monitoring
• Automate everything possible using tools like Ansible, GitOps workflows, or scripting languages
• Troubleshoot cluster, container, and pipeline issues across the full stack
• Work with development teams to containerize apps and optimize performance
• Implement security best practices for OpenShift and Kubernetes environments
• Maintain strong documentation around workflows, pipelines, and cluster operations
• Improve reliability, resiliency, and performance of platform services


Requirements

Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of CI and CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker or Podman
• Experience automating infrastructure using Ansible or Terraform
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across Linux and cloud environments
• Experience working with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
• Comfort with scripting in Bash, Python, or similar languages

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Familiarity with GitOps tooling such as Argo CD
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Understanding of networking concepts related to containers and clusters
