Role Purpose
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ensuring scalable, secure, and automated environments in Azure. This role requires applying modern CI/CD practices, automation, observability, and operational reliability while collaborating closely with distributed development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform (IaC).
- Deploy and manage Azure cloud environments.
- Create, integrate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Implement automation, security, monitoring, and logging best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to enable consistent and reliable deployments.
- Work with microservices architectures, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of infrastructure, networking, performance, and security.
- Document processes, architectures, standards, and DevOps best practices.
- Participate in technical reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and the adoption of new tools.
Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (modules, workspaces, variables, state management).
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- Solid knowledge of containers: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Scripting skills using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Knowledge of networking, security, VPC, IAM, load balancers, etc.
- English B2–C1, able to communicate effectively with global teams.
