Responsibilities
- Installation and qualification of industry leading diffusion equipment in our new cleanroom
- Diffusion equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
- Use project management methodology to complete projects that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies
- Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement and drive benchmark equipment performance
- Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with Diffusion
- BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience
- Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes
- Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
