Digital Commerce Manager

OUR ROLE

Vita Brands, a division of Fiskars Group, is currently seeking a Digital Commerce Manager who will be  responsible for the strategic management, execution, and performance of digital commerce ecosystem for Vita Brands across the Americas. This role owns the commercial planning, digital merchandising strategy, and operational excellence of the company's B2B and B2C ecommerce channels, ensuring seamless product launches and exceptional customer experiences across NuORDER, Direct-to-Consumer websites, and wholesale ecommerce partners.

The Digital Commerce Manager serves as the business owner for NuORDER while also leading digital execution across indirect ecommerce partners including department stores, marketplaces, specialty retailers, and pure-play online retailers. The role is accountable for aligning digital commerce activities with each brand's commercial calendar, ensuring products, digital assets, merchandising, and customer experiences are launched accurately and on schedule.

Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and external retail partners, the Digital Commerce Manager develops digital commerce strategies that increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen brand presence across every digital touchpoint.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Digital Commerce Strategy
  • Develop and execute the Americas digital commerce strategy across all Vita Brands.
  • Own the annual digital commercial calendar in partnership with Brand Marketing and Sales.
  • Define launch requirements, channel strategies, and digital merchandising plans.
  • Identify opportunities to increase online revenue across DTC and wholesale ecommerce channels.
Digital Platform Ownership
  • Serve as business owner for NuORDER.
  • Manage platform enhancements, integrations, vendor relationships, and adoption.
  • Optimize digital workflows supporting wholesale selling.
Omnichannel Launch Management
  • Oversee all digital product launches from forecasting through post-launch optimization.
  • Ensure alignment across DTC websites, NuORDER, wholesale ecommerce partners, and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales.
Digital Merchandising
  • Develop merchandising strategies across product categories.
  • Optimize collection presentation, navigation, search, filters, PLPs, PDPs, and Landing Pages.
  • Improve discoverability and conversion through digital merchandising best practices.
Partner Ecommerce Management

Lead ecommerce strategy and execution across:

  • Macy's
  • Bloomingdale's
  • Nordstrom
  • Neiman Marcus
  • Williams Sonoma
  • Perigold
  • Wayfair
  • Zola
  • Future marketplace partners
Performance & AnalyticsOwn reporting for:
  • Sell-in performance

WHO YOU ARE

You are a digital commerce professional who understands how to turn digital channels into meaningful business results. You bring a strong combination of ecommerce expertise, commercial thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.

You are comfortable managing multiple channels, platforms, and priorities at once, and you know what it takes to bring a product from launch planning to a strong digital customer experience. You enjoy using data and insights to identify opportunities, improve performance, and make informed decisions.

You are a collaborative and confident partner who can work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and external retail partners. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work, and are comfortable driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Most importantly, you are curious, agile, and hands-on. You enjoy finding ways to improve how things work, solving problems, and creating digital experiences that make it easier for customers and partners to discover, shop, and engage with our brands.


Experience & knowledge:

  • 5–8 years ecommerce or digital commerce experience
  • Experience with wholesale ecommerce platforms (NuORDER preferred)
  • Experience managing ecommerce merchandising
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience managing digital product launches
  • Experience working with premium consumer brands preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Ecommerce

Language Skills

  • English required

Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000 Annually
