About The Role

Our Corporate Positioning & Insights (CPI&I) practice is seeking a Digital Intelligence Senior Analyst to develop and execute research and analytics products and translate data into actionable insights for our clients. This role will be an important contributor to accounts covering ongoing corporate brand positioning, public affairs campaigns, crisis response and special situations.

In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with clients across a range of sectors, as a key contributor to strategy and delivery, as well as helping to position our firm through thought leadership and contributions to generating new business. The role will develop in-depth knowledge of client objectives and challenges and bring expertise in social media listening, media monitoring, conversation analysis, influencer identification and stakeholder mapping to bear on fast-moving, news-shaping client engagements.

What You’ll Do

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own program measurement: define KPIs at the outset of each engagement, build reporting dashboards, and deliver regular performance reports to client stakeholders and internal account teams.

  • Analyze campaign data to surface actionable insights, recommending optimizations in real time and contributing to quarterly or post-campaign strategic reviews.

  • Develop a working knowledge of media measurement methodologies including brand lift studies, multi-touch attribution, and audience analytics tools.

  • Monitor and synthesize digital and social trends relevant to client industries and campaign objectives, bringing forward-looking perspective to account teams.

  • Monitor and report on digital, media, and search performance using platforms including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or equivalent tools, and translate findings into actionable strategy.

  • Identify influencers and critical stakeholders within topics and conversations and provide data-backed recommendations for engagement.

  • Leverage social listening and media intelligence platforms such as Brandwatch and Meltwater to track audience sentiment, share of voice, and campaign impact, surfacing insights that inform ongoing strategy and client counsel.

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact for analytics and monitoring on integrated accounts and campaigns, communicating clearly and proactively with clients on coverage and conversation themes, voices, and volume.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across Corporate Positioning & Insights and wider Strategic Communications practices—including public affairs, financial communications, crisis management and corporate reputation—to deliver integrated, multi-channel communications programs.

  • Contribute to the development of client scopes, proposals, and presentations, articulating research methodologies and measurement frameworks to senior audiences.

  • Support new business development efforts by contributing analytics expertise to pitches and credential documents.

Team & Practice Development

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and associates, reviewing their work and supporting their development in digital intelligence and insights generation.

  • Contribute to Corporate Positioning & Insights' internal knowledge-sharing, staying current on platform updates, industry tools, and emerging best practices and disseminating insights to the broader team.

  • Assist in establishing and refining team processes, workflow standards, and quality-control frameworks for paid media delivery.
