Program Description:
The Digital Leadership Rotational Program is a 12-month rotation, supporting the Digital Chief of Staff across various activities and initiatives. The initiatives and focus of deliverables provided in the rotation enables participants to better understand our business and engage and collaborate cross-functionally while participating side-by-side with Digital’s senior most leaders.
The individual in the rotation will report directly to the Digital Chief of Staff to receive coaching, mentorship and guidance throughout the duration of the program. The individual will also work closely with the Digital Strategy and Portfolio Management Team Lead.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of and accountability for key Digital strategic initiatives and deliverables set by the Digital Capability Leader
Partner on special projects for areas which the Digital Strategy and Portfolio Management team oversees, including innovation projects and post-M&A operational integration support
Support the productivity of executive and senior leadership team meetings, including monthly leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions
Track and manage open operations items for the Digital leadership team to ensure completion of activities and initiatives
Support Digital capability communications, working side-by-side with Digital’s internal communications lead
Ensure alignment in decision-making and communication of priorities and planning decisions across the Digital Capability
Support the execution of leadership summits in conjunction with the Digital Chief of Staff
Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives
Develop high-impact content for internal and external purposes as requested
Recommended Skillsets
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with experience in planning, organizing and directing the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner
Has an extreme attention to detail and the ability and expertise to handle and manage many activities at once, knowing how to effectively prioritize
A successful track record of working effectively and delivering results in both individual contributor and team settings
Demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships of trust with others and can effectively work with a range of individuals
Are skilled in adapting communication style and content to meet the needs of different stakeholders
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and impeccable character, integrity and judgment, treating the role and the work with the utmost discretion and bringing a sense of responsibility and humility to each task

Eligibility
All North America based Managers, Sr. Managers and Directors within Digital with a performance rating of Meets or greater in the last annual performance review cycle are eligible to apply
Individuals must have spoken with their coach about their interest in the opportunity prior to interviews being scheduled
