About Matchnode

Matchnode is a performance marketing agency for digital health. We run paid media for telehealth, digital therapeutics, and healthcare brands on Meta, Google, TikTok, and connected TV, and we build the HIPAA-compliant tracking that allows those programs to scale. We measure our work in booked appointments and cost per acquired patient, not impressions or clicks. We are a Meta Business Partner and a Google Premier Partner, and we work as an embedded growth team for the brands we support.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of 6 to 10 client accounts, most of them digital health brands. Clients will rely on you as a trusted advisor who understands their business, their performance data, and their priorities. You will take full ownership of account performance and growth, partnering with our strategists, creative team, and media team to deliver results. With the support of a strong in-house media buying team, you will be able to focus on strategy and client leadership while that team manages day-to-day execution. This is a mid-level role for someone with proven client management experience and a foundation in paid media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for 6 to 10 accounts, from day-to-day communication to regular planning calls.

  • Account growth. Set goals with each client, develop plans to achieve them, and identify new growth opportunities, such as a new channel, state, offer, or service.

  • Cross-team strategy. Collaborate with our strategists, creative team, and media buyers to align campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels with each client's needs.

  • Reporting. Build reporting in Meta Ads and Google Ads that explains results clearly and concludes with specific recommendations.

  • Client retention. Maintain high client satisfaction and retention, and keep performance on track against each client's key metrics.

  • Industry knowledge. Stay informed on digital health marketing and platform changes, and apply those insights to your accounts.

Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years in digital marketing, including experience in paid media

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads, including performance reporting

  • Experience managing client relationships directly as the primary point of contact

  • Strong grasp of paid media strategy and performance metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate

  • Experience analyzing data in Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar tools

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills, and a track record of effective remote collaboration

Preferred Qualifications
  • Agency experience

  • Experience in digital health or health and wellness marketing (strongly preferred)

  • Experience planning A/B tests on creative, audiences, or landing pages

  • Hands-on media buying experience on Meta, Google, TikTok, or other PPC channels

Application Requirements

In addition to your resume, please include two or three examples of measurable outcomes you have driven, such as growing an account, reducing cost per acquisition, or strengthening an at-risk client relationship. For each example, describe your role, the people you worked with, and the results.

What We Offer

Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, fully remote and flexible work, and training and professional development. You will also join a culture that encourages experimentation with new tools, including AI, and a motivated, results-driven team focused on client success.
