Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $92,300.00 - $153,900.00. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy, Ownership & Project Support
- Support the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and other DSPs.
- Take full ownership of complex, multi-channel initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Establish project timelines, workflows, and execution plans while proactively identifying risks and driving resolution.
- Oversee campaign budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
- Ensure consistency, quality control, and adherence to best practices across all campaign deliverables.
Internal & External Communications
- Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies to effectively inform and engage employees.
- Drive external digital communication initiatives that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Serve as a key point of contact for communications strategy across cross-functional initiatives and campaigns.
- Act as an advocate for organizational priorities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and initiatives.
Mentorship & Team Development
- Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to selected team members, supporting both technical skill development and customer-facing soft skills.
- Lead by example in establishing best practices, improving workflows, and elevating overall team performance.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members, helping to build team capability and consistency.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify insights and inform optimization strategies.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership and stakeholders, translating data into business recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing frameworks, measurement strategies, and performance reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
- Partner with Client Services, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Ad Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders to move projects forward and resolve dependencies.
- Represent digital marketing in internal and external discussions, providing insights on performance, strategy, and industry trends.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and campaign strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and recommend new digital tactics, platforms, and capabilities.
- Stay current on industry trends and translate them into actionable improvements for the team and business.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA degree and 6 years of experience, Master's degree preferred with 4 years of experience, or Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing and supporting complex digital marketing campaigns or projects across multiple channels.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, programmatic, etc.).
- Proven ability to mentor or guide team members and contribute to team development.
- Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle management, ad operations, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business or client needs.
