ROLE PURPOSE
The Digital Marketing Manager brings Glory’s story to market through digital campaigns, content, web experiences, social media, presentations and sales enablement materials. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong writing, messaging and project management skills who can turn business priorities into clear, engaging content that supports demand generation and sales impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Create, execute and optimize digital marketing assets that support demand generation, nurture, account-based marketing and sales enablement across priority customer segments
· Write, edit and refine copy and messaging for landing pages, emails, social posts, presentations, web content, microsites and sales-facing materials
· Manage digital project timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals and quality checks to deliver work that is on time, on brand and aligned to campaign goals
· Partner with demand generation, sales, product marketing, events and agency teams to turn customer insights and market priorities into effective campaign experiences
· Build, publish and maintain website, landing page, microsite and social media content in support of campaigns, segments and key account initiatives
· Monitor campaign and asset performance, share insights and use results to improve future programs
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education Level:
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or communication is required
· MBA or MA in Integrated Marketing Communications a plus
· Digital Marketing Certification a plus
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content development or related B2B marketing roles
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Strong digital marketing execution skills, including experience with web content, landing pages, email campaigns, marketing automation, social media, microsites and digital asset production
· Excellent writing, editing and messaging skills, with the ability to translate business objectives, customer pain points and solution value into clear, compelling copy
· Superior PowerPoint skills, including experience creating polished, executive-ready presentations, campaign summaries and sales/marketing materials
· Experience with platforms such as Eloqua, Sitecore, CRM systems, analytics tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, Excel, Word, HTML and related digital marketing tools
· Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines, approvals, competing priorities and cross-functional collaboration
· A proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems, filling gaps and moving work forward in a fast-paced marketing environment
Job Benefits
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000, Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
