Digital Marketing Manager – Net Cost Market

Position Summary

Net Cost Market is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company's digital marketing strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing online and in-store traffic, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting sales growth across all physical and digital channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee digital campaigns, website performance, CRM marketing, email communications, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, analytics, and digital agency management while collaborating closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, Merchandising, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy

· Develop and execute the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with company business objectives.

· Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through digital channels.

· Develop integrated campaigns supporting store openings, seasonal promotions, and category growth.

Website & E-commerce

· Collaborate with IT and external vendors on website enhancements, UX improvements, and new platform implementation.

· Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer experience.

· Support promotional campaigns.

Performance Marketing

· Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across:

o Google Ads

o Social Media (Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

o Display Networks

o Other digital platforms

· Optimize campaign performance and ROI.

· Manage digital marketing budgets.

CRM & Customer Marketing

· Lead email and SMS marketing campaigns.

· Create and implement customer segmentation strategies.

· Implement personalized marketing campaigns.

· Support loyalty program communications.

· Improve customer retention and repeat purchases.

SEO & Content

· Develop SEO strategy.

· Improve organic search rankings.

· Coordinate website content updates.

· Manage blogs, landing pages, and digital content.

Social Media

· Participate in development of social media strategy.

· Manage external agencies and content creators.

· Oversee paid and organic social campaigns.

· Monitor brand reputation across digital channels.

Analytics & Reporting

· Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.

· Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior.

· Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

· Manage Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· 2-3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.

· Experience in retail, grocery, food, or e-commerce preferred.

· Strong understanding of:

o Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4)

o Meta Business Manager

o SEO/SEM

o Email marketing

o CRM platforms

o Marketing automation

· Strong analytical and project management skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Website traffic growth

· Online sales growth

· Customer acquisition cost (CAC)

· Return on advertising spend (ROAS)

· Email open and conversion rates

· Website conversion rate

· Organic search traffic growth

· Loyalty program engagement
